Terms and conditions

1. How to order You can make a request for selected products by filling out and sending the appropriate form on this website. Based on the information from the form, I will contact you by e-mail, where I will confirm the final price, the date of production and we will agree on shipping and payment. The purchase contract is concluded when you mutually agree to this e-mail proposal.


Payment terms: I only make all replicas to order after the payment has been credited to my bank account. You will receive payment documents by email after confirming all order details.


2. Payment options You can pay for the order in two ways:

Online via bank: After the order is made or approved, I will send you payment documents and you transfer the money online from your bank account. Cash on delivery: You pay in cash or by card only when you receive the package from the carrier.

3. Delivery options I send finished duplicates of photos and documents in the following ways:

By Czech Post (directly to your address or to the post office). By mail (to the delivery point you have chosen). I will always specify the shipping price in advance in an e-mail according to the size and weight of the shipment.

4. Important: Return of goods (Withdrawal from the contract) Since this is a custom-made handmade product (the goods are manufactured and customized according to the wishes of a specific buyer), the buyer as a consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, as is the case with regular e-shops.

5. Warranty and complaints A statutory warranty of 24 months applies to manufactured goods. The warranty only applies to manufacturing defects in the material or printing. However, it does not apply to normal wear and tear of the item, its mechanical damage (e.g. tearing, spillage) or to defects resulting from improper storage and handling (e.g. exposing paper products to moisture, liquids or direct sunlight). If the goods have a manufacturing defect, please contact me by e-mail. The complaint will be processed no later than 30 days from its submission.

6. Personal data protection (GDPR) I process your personal data (name, address, e-mail, telephone) only for the purpose of processing, producing and delivering your order from the form. I do not sell the data to anyone and I only pass it on to the selected carrier to the extent necessary for the delivery of the package.

7. Dispute resolution In the event of a consumer dispute, the buyer has the right to an out-of-court resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz).
